What is our Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system is like your body's natural cleaning crew. It helps remove waste, toxins, and extra fluid from your tissues. It also supports your immune system by moving infection-fighting white blood cells around the body.
Why should you get a manual lymphatic drainage massage?
A lymphatic drainage massage will gently move lymph fluid so your body can detox and heal faster. Clients often get it after surgery, during detox, or to feel less bloated and more energized. The massage will help your body get rid of waste, reduce swelling and boost your immune system.
When should I get a manual lymphatic drainage massage?
Clients should receive this service at least once a month to help the lymphatic system cleanse itself from waste, toxins and for over all better immune health. Clients should also receive this service when they are experiencing one or more of these symptoms.

So WHAT is a manual lymphatic drainage massage and what does it include?
This type of massage starts by stimulating the lymph nodes then is followed by a gentle rhythmic massage that helps move lymph fluid towards those nodes.
This session starts with a castor oil pack on the stomach, (Castor oil with a heating pad that encourages deep lymphatic drainage), followed by draining of the neck, face, arms, and legs. Up next is the feet! There will be a reflexology treatment on the feet that furthers help stimulate the lymphatic system. Once that is preformed we will move to the GI massage (gastrointestinal massage). I will remove the oil pack from the abdominal region and preform a the GI massage that helps stimulate the digestive system. This helps get rid of waste, bloating, and constipation. After that is preformed, we will work on the back of the body and the session is completed.
